Assistant Chef

We’re looking for a passionate Assistant Chef to support our kitchen operations, particularly in preparing authentic Indian dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing vegetables, meats, sauces, and marinades.
• Help the Head Chef with cooking tasks and service preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the team when supplies are low.

Ideal Candidate:

• Basic knowledge of Indian cuisine.
• Willingness to learn and grow under supervision.
• Team player with good time management.
• Previous kitchen experience is preferred.
