South Indian Culinary Expert

8square is expanding! We are looking for an experienced South Indian Culinary Expert with a passion for dosa, idli, sambar, and other southern delicacies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cook a variety of South Indian dishes: dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, sambar, rasam, and more.
  • Maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment.
  • Innovate and update menu offerings based on regional specialities.
  • Assist in training kitchen assistants and managing supplies.
  • Ensure food safety compliance at all times.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in South Indian cooking.
  • Familiarity with South Indian kitchen equipment like dosa tawas and wet grinders.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent (preferred but not essential).
  • Sponsorship available for the right candidate.
