8square is expanding! We are looking for an experienced South Indian Culinary Expert with a passion for dosa, idli, sambar, and other southern delicacies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cook a variety of South Indian dishes: dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, sambar, rasam, and more.
- Maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment.
- Innovate and update menu offerings based on regional specialities.
- Assist in training kitchen assistants and managing supplies.
- Ensure food safety compliance at all times.
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in South Indian cooking.
- Familiarity with South Indian kitchen equipment like dosa tawas and wet grinders.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent (preferred but not essential).
- Sponsorship available for the right candidate.
